Terms
When you hire us you will be sent a service agreement which will outline the services you are hiring us for as well as the related fees, payment arrangements and approximate turnaround time. A sample service agreement is available upon request.
Half payment will be required upon booking services with us. Full payment will be required prior to publishing the finished website to any hosting server other than our own. We are happy to offer additional payment options for web clients using our hosting services. A non refundable deposit is still necessary. Feel free to contact us for more information on our other available payment arrangements.
Clients will be responsible for providing us with all the necessary text and image content to be implemented into the design and layout of their website or other project. Full content must be provided to complete website within 3 months of signing on with us; so make sure you are ready. We provide content writing services, custom graphics, and stock photography/graphic images upon request for additional fees.
To keep our service fees low, our basic website design packages use a customizable template. Our site was designed using the same basic layout. This design is search engine friendly as well as compatible with most web browsers. We are happy to discuss a custom designed static website, however such design will require additional service fees.
We gladly accept payments via credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) as well as personal or business check, cashiers check, or money orders made payable to "Plush Designs”. We can accept all major credit cards and e-checks online via PayPal. (Make payments via PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account!)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is our strict policy to have no part in any website containing threatening, discriminating, hate oriented, pornographic and/or obscene content. Sites that promote any illegal activity or links to such material are also prohibited. Sites that present content that may be damaging to our server or any other server on the Internet are prohibited. Any site that violates these policies will be immediately removed without notice! No refunds will be given for such violations.
